Gli ordini vengono presi in carico entro 5 gg lavorativi e affidati al corriere.
Spedizione dei vini gratuita in tutta Italia. Incaricheremo il corriere espresso (DHL) che ritirerà il suo ordine dal nostro magazzino. La consegna avverrà entro 2-4 giorni dalla presa in carico dell’ordine. Ogni scatola viene imballata con cura contro eventuali rotture. Le bottiglie verranno sostituite a nostro carico in caso di rotture accidentali dovute al trasporto.

Free wine delivery in the whole of Italy. We will appoint the express courier (usually DHL) who will collect your order from our warehouse. Expect delivery within 2-4 days from receipt of payment. Each box is carefully packed against any breakages. Bottles will be replaced at our expense in case of accidental breakage due to transport.

WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS:
Each order is handled within 5 working days and passed over to the courier.

CARATELLO shipping services(*) will collect your order from our warehouse and they will appoint the most convenient courier/carrier for your country. Shipments are cared for by specialized personnel until they reach final destination. Costs include packaging in certified Styrofoam, and 3-ply shipping cardboard, all of the documentation needed for leaving Italy and the documents needed to clear the point-of-entry customs. They also include tracking to provide reliable service.

  • EU: 5-10 days
  • USA: Wine shipments depart weekly. The average time for shipment to arrive at destination is 5-10 working days from day of shipment (barring any delays in customs). Allow up to 25 days delivery.
  • WORLDWIDE: 5-15 days.

Delays in deliveries due to bad weather, strikes and difficult delivery areas may occur.

  • INCLUDED ONLY FOR “GROUPAGE WINE” SERVICE WITH USA DESTINATION
  • NOT REQUESTED FOR SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU
  • NOT INCLUDED FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES AND CANNOT BE CALCULATED IN ADVANCE
  • CUSTOMS DUTIES ARE TO BE ACCEPTED AND PAID BY THE RECIPIENT.

If Customs are not accepted, goods can be destroyed or returned to the sender. No refund will be recognized in case you do not accept custom duties.

BANK TRANSFER:
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, delivery times may be extended by 3/4 working days. Shipment will start only upon receipt of payment.
