All Alcoholic beverages are sold in Italy and title passes to you in Italy.

PETROLO Società Agricola s.s. does not make representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any country outside of Italy. You as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you are authorizing us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

You must be 18 years old or above to buy wines. PETROLO won’t follow up orders if you are underage.

Terms and conditions of sale may be periodically modified by Petrolo Società Agricola s.s. based on the development of its business and the market, as well as in compliance with any updates and legislative changes. Any update and modification will be regularly published on the Site and immediately effective from the date of publication.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you happen to receive clearly damaged parcels, collect only the intact ones and reject the damaged ones from the sender: we will take care of returning the damaged parcels, replacing them and returning the new ones. In the event of stock depletion of damaged products, we will contact you to offer replacement products or alternatively we will return the amount paid.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases on club.petrolo.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees you the right of withdrawal.
The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:
The returned products must be intact, preferably in the original packaging: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right is reserved for natural persons: dealers are therefore excluded.
To exercise this right, you will need to send us an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
invoice number; order number; order’s date; the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, your bank details (IBAN code) or credit card which we will use for the refund.
You should wait for our written reply via e-mail accepting your withdrawal. Within 15 days of receiving our written reply, you will need to send the products subject to withdrawal at your expense to the following address:

We will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. The refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with article 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.

LEGAL JURISDICTION
In general, although not expressly written, the Italian legal provisions on distance contracts apply.
Any disputes are subject to Italian jurisdiction.
